Satnam penji was my dearest Kurmani. She always treated Kiran more like a daughter than a daughter in law and welcomed her with open arms to the Lall family. I will be forever grateful for everything she has done for Kiran
She was a very cheerful and happy lady
We used to enjoy long phone calls which were mostly about her grandsons, always praising them and I used to tease her that she favours Bahadar because he is younger
She was very caring and generous in every way and loved cooking
