Harinder’s tribute to her dear friend ??

Dearest Goga

I am still in shock and it’s hard to believe that you have gone forever. You were not only a good friend but were like a sister to me, always caring about me and my children.

I will miss our long chats - we used to talk twice a week (if not more) for hours.  At some point, I would say, Goga let me put the phone down as it’s going to be an hour but then I would call you back straight away. We would talk about everything.

I wasn’t related to Goga but we first met about 35 yrs ago. We met at Brent Cross outside John Lewis. That was the start of our friendship which became stronger as the years passed by.

Goga had so many wonderful qualities and natural charm which meant she was always surrounded by loyal friends.

Goga - you were one in million. Your strength and resilience to handle the most difficult situations was amazing to see.

I will miss you greatly and you will always be in my thoughts - most of all, I will miss our long chats. They will echo around me, always.

I pray to Waheguru to give courage and strength to the Lall family to bear this huge loss and for you to rest in peace wherever you are 🙏🙏.

Jaggy, Bubbly, Kiko and Preety I am always here for you.  If ever you wish to talk, please do pick up the phone and call.  Anytime.

Goga -  you created our what’s app group and we will carry on with it in your name.  We will miss your morning messages and pictures of you cooking saag and making makki roti.

Rest in peace.

Your good friend, Harinder
